Promocean emphasizes the importance of incorporating sustainable development into their operations and management, utilizing an ESG governance structure to ensure that ESG activities and emerging issues are quickly escalated for the attention and action of the Board and management.

The Risk Management & Sustainability Committee (RMSC) oversees corporate ESG practices, policies, procedures, strategies, and directions, with membership including both the Board and executives. 

We aim to integrate ESG and sustainability practices into our business strategies.

Promocean is committed to conducting its business responsibility and in compliance with statutory requirements and regulations. Li & Fung's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics strictly prohibits corruption, bribery, extortion, fraud, money laundering, and unfair competition. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption, and promote the highest standards of ethical conduct among our employees.

Code of Conduct and Business Ethics

Promocean encourages employees to report any actual or potential illegal or unethical behavior to senior management or the Group Chief Compliance & Risk Management Officer. Violations of the Code are investigated and reported to senior management, and may result in disciplinary action. The company assures that no retaliation will be taken against employees who raise genuine concerns or participate in investigations.
